- If you are not satisfied of your purchase , the product should be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, but you have to comply with some rules; the product has not to be used, the identification tag, accessories, packaging have to be kept intact.
- All discounted items are not refundable and returnable.
- Huskies Online Shopping will also not accept return merchandise if such purchased merchandise does not suit with customers' personal tastes and styles.
- The refund will be given for the full amount of the purchase, including any taxes less the original shipping costs of the order . You will not be charged for shipping a return product if you follow our procedure.
- Returns can be shipped only from the country of origin of the order.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
Return the purchased on-line, please follow the steps:
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging (whenever possible.) Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
- All items must be returned unused and undamaged in good condition, with identification tags attached, to ensure credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
- Cut the return address labels from the bottom portion of the packing slip and attach the label to the outside of the return package.
- Enclose the top portion of the original packing slip with the item(s). Please make a copy of the packing slip to keep for your records. If you cannot send the original packing slip or a copy, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item(s).
- Before sending your return shipment, please completely remove or cover the original shipping labels from the outside of the package.
- Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to monitor delivery status and ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned items. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded.

- Postal return: Enclosed invoice/receipt with return merchandise item(s) (unopened package) and send to our postal address. Merchandise item(s) will be inspected and checked by our staffs for perfect conditions. Our consultants will contact back within 5 business days for return confirmation and your account will be credited within 30 business days from the confirmation date.
- Please allow 10-15 business days for the return transit time, plus an additional 7 business days upon receipt for the return to be completed and the refund to be issued to your account
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
